A graduate of Claremont McKenna College with bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Political Science, he launched his career in public relations for real estate developers before co-founding a marketing communications firm in 1992 focused on the Silicon Valley technology sector.

Over the course of his career, Michael has managed and delivered sales incentive program budgets exceeding $10 million that have generated 10s of millions of dollars in sales for his clients. He has delivered registration giveaways and staff apparel for hundreds of trade show — from concept through completion — providing brands with the materials and products needed to stand out on the floor. He is widely recognized for his tenacity, creative problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.

When he's not elevating brands, Michael can be found traveling the world with his wife or competing on the pickleball court.
